By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 56ph platform available at 56ph.win (hereinafter "the Platform," "56ph," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 56ph. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 56ph recommends that you review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 56ph website accessible at 56ph.win, including all web pages, features, services, games, payment systems, and communications channels operated by 56ph.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, identified by a unique username or registered Philippine mobile number.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any gameplay or gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into a 56ph Account wallet.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within your 56ph Account representing deposited funds and accrued winnings available for gaming or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded by 56ph subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission defined as prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" means all legislation, regulations, directives, and binding orders of the Republic of the Philippines that apply to the operation of the Platform and the use thereof by Users.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

To be eligible to register for and use a 56ph Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older as of the date of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for residents, or you are a Philippine-based user accessing the Platform in compliance with Applicable Law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform, nor have you been excluded or barred from gaming activities by any applicable regulatory authority;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 56ph or any of its affiliated entities, gaming software providers, or payment processing partners;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person;
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms as a binding legal agreement.

56ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 56ph may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the 56ph Platform. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether different contact details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used for each Account.

Upon registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your Philippine mobile number and date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy at all times. 56ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information provided at registration or thereafter.

56ph may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that you submit identity verification documents including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of Philippine address, proof of payment method ownership, or such other documentation as 56ph may reasonably require. Such requests may be made as a condition of account activation, prior to processing withdrawals, or during routine account compliance review.

If 56ph determines that a User has created, operated, or benefited from multiple Accounts, 56ph reserves the right, without prior notice, to immediately close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate Accounts. Accumulated winnings from duplicate Accounts are not subject to withdrawal and will be voided in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 56ph Account credentials, including your login password and withdrawal PIN. You agree to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and to notify 56ph immediately — via live chat or email support — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• You must not allow any other person to access your Account or conduct gaming activities through your Account;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except to the extent that such activity results directly from a security breach attributable solely to 56ph's negligence;
• 56ph customer support will never request your full password, full OTP, or withdrawal PIN. Any such request should be treated as a social engineering attempt and reported immediately.

56ph employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections, SMS two-factor authentication, login anomaly detection, and a single-session enforcement policy. While 56ph takes reasonable technical measures to protect Account security, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorized access. Users are advised to enable two-factor authentication and use a unique password not shared with any other service.

56ph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 56ph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method, as specified on the Platform's Cashier page;
• 56ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which 56ph accepts no liability;
• Deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified by the applicable payment method;
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP wallet balance at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain.

56ph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. 56ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account displaying transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime indicators. In such circumstances, 56ph may suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, and/or report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

Deposits may only be made for the purpose of genuine gaming activity on the Platform. Depositing funds without the intention of engaging in real-money gameplay, for the purpose of exploiting currency conversion, payment processor terms, or promotional offers, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals may be requested through the 56ph Cashier section for any balance that constitutes cleared, withdrawable funds. Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable requirements are satisfied in full.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for standard accounts in good standing;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise by 56ph compliance;
• 56ph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount requested;
• Withdrawals submitted while an Account is under security review or compliance investigation will be held pending resolution of the review.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per time period, as specified on the Platform. These limits may vary by Account verification level, VIP tier, and payment method. 56ph reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Any Account balance that remains inactive — defined as no login and no gaming activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and the dormancy policy published on the Platform at the time of dormancy onset.

56ph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free plays, cashback, and other incentives to Users from time to time. The availability of any specific promotion is at the sole discretion of 56ph and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Each Bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during Bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific Bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms prevail for matters directly related to that Bonus.

• Unless stated otherwise in the specific Bonus terms, Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per Bonus) before any related winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for the applicable Bonus;
• Different game categories may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live table games may contribute at a lower rate) — contribution rates are specified per Bonus offer;
• Placing bets in excess of any maximum Bonus bet limit while Bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

56ph reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of low house-edge bets to minimize Bonus risk, coordinated play across multiple Accounts to generate Bonus funds, use of betting patterns that 56ph determines are primarily Bonus-motivated rather than genuine recreational gaming, or any other conduct constituting misuse of the promotional system.

All games available on the 56ph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These individual game rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference. In all cases of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern for matters directly related to gameplay outcomes.

56ph games are provided by licensed third-party gaming software providers. 56ph does not control, alter, or influence the outcome of any game round. Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live dealer procedures govern game outcomes in accordance with the providers' licensing requirements.

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting any game on the Platform — including server disconnections, data errors, or display failures — 56ph reserves the right to void any affected game round. Bets placed during a voided round will be returned to the User's Wallet. Partial game rounds where only some bets are affected may be resolved on a case-by-case basis at 56ph's discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

A bet is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform's system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, session expiry, or system timeout are not considered valid. 56ph accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the User's device or network connection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56ph Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform or conduct gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live table games or any other multiplayer environment on the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy the primary purpose of which is to generate guaranteed profit through exploitation of promotional offers;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your actual geographic location for the purpose of evading Platform restrictions or Applicable Law;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed with your payment provider in bad faith where no genuine unauthorized transaction has occurred;
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or otherwise engaging in inappropriate conduct toward 56ph staff, live dealers, or other Users;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of any Platform software or gaming system.

56ph strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all registered Users and real-money gaming activity. Users who are aware of underage individuals attempting to access the Platform are urged to notify 56ph support immediately.

Users who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion through Account Settings or by contacting 56ph support. Self-exclusion periods available are: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion results in permanent Account closure; this decision is treated as irreversible.

56ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the User. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately;
• Loss Limits: Session, daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits that pause gaming activity when the specified threshold is reached;
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications at configurable intervals (30 minutes to 3 hours) reminding Users of their total time played and net session result;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying time played, net win/loss, and options to continue or end the session;
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break of 24–72 hours during which the Account remains open but cannot be used for real-money gameplay.

All content on the 56ph Platform — including but not limited to the 56ph name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of 56ph or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

56ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 56ph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 56ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• Damages resulting from Platform downtime, server errors, or technical malfunctions;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures;
• Damages arising from your reliance on any third-party content, services, or payment providers integrated with the Platform.

56ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

56ph reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in Prohibited Conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• User request for permanent self-exclusion;
• Any other reason that 56ph determines, in its sole judgment, warrants Account action.

Upon Account termination for cause, 56ph may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately accrued from valid gameplay on Accounts terminated for reasons other than fraud or breach will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following satisfactory verification, within 30 business days of the termination decision.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 56ph support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect 56ph's rights to retain records in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

56ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 56ph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email to the address on file or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. However, 56ph is not obligated to provide advance notice of any amendment, and amendments take effect on the date of publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently modified. 56ph recommends that Users review these Terms at the beginning of each calendar quarter or following any 56ph notification of changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account that cannot be resolved informally through 56ph's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Users agree to first contact 56ph's support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) days — for 56ph to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. 56ph commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms entirely.
